Our Members
Sail Connecticut's membership includes people
of all ages, who have a variety of physical and developmental disabilities.
It also includes people without disabilities, who serve as volunteers in
many different areas.
Anyone with a special need can learn to sail; each individual is
encouraged to participate to the fullest extent of his or her abilities. In
2009, Sail Connecticut Access has allowed over 2000 individuals to leave
their disabilities at the dock and experience the freedom of sailing.
